PolyWhen connecting Poly Sync 20 via USB into HP DragonFly G2, device is intermittent. Device sometimes appears and may not, and more so when laptop is connected using HP USB-C Dock G2. Poly Sync 20 may or may not appear, however if connected via USB to the laptop and you disconnect the HP USB-C Dock G2, it immediately starts responding and working.
Try to reset the device to factory settings!
