After connecting the power supply, the screen lights up but is black, the red power LED blinks slowly?

after turning on the power, dida power flashes red. You can see that the screen lights up but there is no image.
I suspect a software error, installed 1290.01. Disconnecting the electricity for a few days did not help. Leaving the flip on the power supply and the backlit screen did not help.
Is it possible to perform a reset and enter the service menu using the remote control and the muto 1, 8, 2 power combination? Alternatively, uploading the software from a Pendrive?

The service menu can only be called up if the firmware is still intact. The infrared LED is located on the back of the device near the HDMI connections. If you can no longer switch the device on, you should contact Samsung.
