Samsung Flip 4 Pro (WM55B, WM65B, WM75B, WM85) - Touch functionality no longer working - is it turned off?

We have an issue, where when we turn on the flip 4 pro, we cannot draw, create a new page, or open the settings. The touch functionality is not working.

At all times, the menu is showing with the Pen Mode, Color palette, geometry tools etc. I cannot hide it. When I press the power button while the display is on, it turns black, showing the current time and date at the top, and it is displaying some of the features of the display in a loop.

I can connect via HDMI or USB C a laptop and it shows it on the flip 4 pro, but i cannot maximise the window, or move it around. When I connect a wired / wireless mouse, it doesn't show the arrow and I cannot move around or open any settings. This happend from one day to the other.

What could this be? How can I enable the touch functionality again? I don't think the touch functionality is broken, it is a new device (two weeks old).

It is possible to lock the touch screen via the menu. If possible, get a Samsung remote control from another professional screen. The receiver for the remote control (BN59-01234A) is also located on the back of the flip at the HDMI connections. Once connected, you can navigate to the menu under System -> Advanced settings -> Touch control. Lock, the lock can be removed.

Another option would be to perform a factory reset. You will also need a remote control for this. Then go to the menu -> Support -> Reset all.

If none of this works, you should contact your supplier / Samsung.
