You can reset the device with a Samsung remote control. You can use the remote control BN59-01180B. Point the remote control at the back of the Flip, where the connections for HDMI, DP,... are located. Now press MUTE -> 1 8 2 -> Power ON. The device restarts. The service menu opens. Here you can perform a factory reset under Options -> Reset. You must then set up the device again.
