Is there a way to troubleshoot the connection tray?

Hey there,is there anybody who also experienced problems with the connection tray for the WM55B or WM65B. We have a WM65B and when trying to connect a notebook via HDMI or USB-C it just doesn't work. When trying to switch to the computer the Flip recognizes that there is something connected but if you switch to it, it says that there has been an error and to check the cables. If I use the same cables and noteboook and plug it into the ports at the back it worksThanks for your help!
