If no audio signals are received or output, try the following steps first:

  1. make sure the USB port on the Stem Ecosystem device is firmly seated.
  2. make sure your device is listed as a Windows/Mac default audio device (default speaker and default microphone).
    2.1 Make sure that your microphones/speakers are not muted in the Stem Ecosystem.
  3. make sure that the audio settings in the video conferencing application are assigned to the Stem Ecosystem device for speaker and microphone.
