How can you enable the web server on LOGO!?

The following steps are required in order to set up and enable the web server on LOGO! 8:

• Navigate to the LOGO! menu - Tool > Transfer > Access Control
• In the Interface section dialog, in the "Connect to target IP address", enter the targeted IP address of the relevant LOGO! 8 (Please note that the latest IP address stored in the address book will be shown as a preset in the input field)

• Confirm your selection by clicking "OK"
• At this point, you will need to switch the mode of your LOGO! 8 to a "STOP"
• A "LOGO! Setting" dialog will pop up automatically, where, in the "Online Settings" tab you will need to select the "User profile setting". In the shown window, under the "Webserver access" you will need to check the "Allow Webserver access" option (Please make sure to confirm the subsequent warning to allow external access to the LOGO!)
• It is strongly recommended to define a password for the web server access in order to prevent and avoid any unauthorized access. This can be done by checking the "Enable password protection for Webserver access" option and entering the password in the appropriate fields below

• After you are finished with the selection, you need to click "Apply"
• Switch the LOGO! 8 mode to "RUN"
• And once again, confirm the changes by clicking OK"

If you want to call the web server, in the browser of your device, PC, mobile, or tablet, follow the next steps:

• For Internet access via a TCP port, put - http://192.168.0.1:8080 - for example (where on the place of 192.168.0.1 you will have your IP address)

• For access via LAN without TCP port, put - http://192.168.0.1:8080 - for example (where on the place of 192.168.0.1 you will have your IP address)

If there is a password placed - fill in the fields with the name and a password in order to log in.
