New Universal Robots Update Enhances Performance and Stability

New Features:

  • Universal Robots Teach Pendant: Sold separately with a built-in 3-Position Enabling Device.

Enhancements:

  • Improved stability in path tracking for low-speed movements.
  • This improvement applies to robots with PolyScope version 5.4.0 and higher.
  • The "Calibration revision" of each joint must be higher than v12.0.

Fixed Bugs:

  • Fixed an issue with Constrained Freedrive following incorrect rotations of selected features.
  • Performance improvements made on the Log screen.
  • Resolved issue preventing program execution when two or more digital outputs are configured for a continuous pulse.
  • Fixed a problem causing "No Controller" when resuming a paused program.
  • Increased the workspace for Constrained Free drive, reducing the singularity zone by up to 30%.
  • Improved responsiveness of constrained free drive, specifically when moving in wrist 3.
  • Enhanced handling of cascaded faults or violations in joints/embedded code.
