Gateway Update?

I have yesterday the VR921 connected.

In the APP is the following Indicated "The system is initialized"

V System data read (c. 5 min)

V Time window read (ca. 2min)

V System identification (ca.3 min)

at gateway update (ca.20 min) has hung up the system, the gyroscope rotates since yesterday and the update does not go forward. The gyroscope continues to rotate even if the system is off.

I am facing exactly the same issue and I don't know how to solve. Vaillant service is saying internet connection and internet provider the device.

I had the same issue. But after many hours it started to work. I guess we just have to be patient.
