Webasto Pure Charging Station - How do i get a newly installed Webasto Pure wall charger to operate properly?

The starting 'chasing' lights (alternating red and green) is supposed to stop within one minute and change to solid green which indicates the unit is ready to charge.However, my new unit just keeps showing the chasing red and green lights.I have checked and double and triple checked the dip switch settings and they are what the 'factory' says they should be.is there any known reason why this unit won't operate properly?thanks

Hello, this sounds a lot like a rotating field error. Please check whether the direction of rotation is to the right. It is best to ask an electrician. I am attaching a screenshot of the error messages from the operating instructions + the link to the instructions.
