How do I cancel my account without logging in?

Hi all,

About a year ago I used a zoom premium account with an emailadress of my former job. I now discovered it is still running and I'm still paying for it, so I would like to cancel it. However, I cannot login anymore since this email adress does not exist anymore.

Can anyone help me?
