List of participants during the event?

Hello!

We offer online events (Speedatings) with up to 100 participants for entrepreneurs via zoom. What I would urgently need, however, is a list of the participants who are actually present from the beginning of the event. In the gallery view I cannot see all participants quickly. Is this function available somewhere?

We have one main room and then a maximum of 50 breakout rooms where there are 4 eye talks. During the breaks, the participants always return to the main room and must join a new meeting for a new round of talks. It is very complicated, but technically it is unfortunately the only provider with up to 50 breakout rooms.

We also had the problem that the participants did not log in via desktop client, but simply clicked on the link in the e-mail invitation. This meant that they were not registered with their e-mail address and could therefore not be automatically moved to the breakout rooms. This then had to be done manually, which is of course very time-consuming.

This is all still very complicated at the moment, I hope someone understands my problem and has some advice!

Thanks a lot

Yes, there is a feature in Zoom that allows you to view an attendee list of actual attendees from the beginning of the event. Here are the steps to enable this feature:

  1. click the "Attendees" button in the bottom menu bar during the Zoom meeting session.
  2. click "View Attendee List" to display the list of attendees.
Click the "Export CSV" button to create a CSV file containing all the attendees who were present from the beginning of the session.
Open the CSV file in a spreadsheet or text editor to view the attendee list.
These steps provide you with a list of all the attendees who were present from the beginning of the Zoom event.

If attendees sign up using the link in the invitation email, they can usually still register using their name and email address when prompted by Zoom. Here are the steps you can take as a host to ensure that all attendees provide their email address and can be automatically moved to breakout rooms:

  1. ensure that the "Login Required" option is enabled in the Zoom meeting settings. This will prompt all attendees to register with their name and email address before they can join the session.
After the attendees have joined the session, you can open the attendee list by clicking the "Attendees" button in the bottom menu bar. 3.
Click the "Attendance List" button to display a list of all attendees. Here you can check if all participants have provided their email address. If not, you can ask them to do so later in their Zoom profile.
Click on the button "Automatically split participants into rooms" to automatically split the participants into breakout rooms. Make sure you have previously set the number of breakout rooms and how many attendees should be in each room.
By following these steps, you can ensure that all attendees are automatically moved to breakout rooms and that you have a list of all attendees with their email addresses, even if they sign up using the link in the invitation email.
