It sounds like a description of a technical problem, and it could be the graphics driver, here I would advise the following: install all driver updates and firmware updates, possibly also check which DirectX version is installed, this can be checked with the DirectX Diagnostic Tool (dxdiag.exe in the DOS shell.
You should also try it with one or more computers of a different type to see if the error occurs there in the same way. Then it would be more likely to be caused by Zoom than by the computer.
In this case report to Zoom support and open a support ticket.
