Why does incoming Zoom sound stop?
When running Zoom on my ASUS Windows 10 laptop, I regularly lose audio from the other party (regardless of whether I or they are the host). Suddenly, their excellent sound goes to almost nothing; just very soft unintelligible grunts. This happens with multiple parties. This never happened until a few days ago, but now happens regularly to the point where I can't reliably use the laptop for Zoom. Thanks in advance for any suggestions!
