Why is my Zoom working in browser but not on the app?

If Zoom is having trouble logging in through the app on a Mac, there could be several reasons. Here are some possible solutions to the problem:

1. make sure your Mac version is compatible with the Zoom app. Check the system requirements on the Zoom website to make sure your Mac version is supported.
2. disable the firewall. Even if your device is new, the firewall may be enabled. The firewall may be blocking the connection to Zoom. Disable the firewall or add Zoom to the list of allowed apps to make sure it is allowed through the firewall.
   Uninstall and reinstall the Zoom app. If none of the above solutions fix the problem, try uninstalling and reinstalling the Zoom app completely.
   Clear the cache of the Zoom app. Occasionally, data in the Zoom app cache can become corrupted and cause problems. Clear the app's cache to fix possible problems.

To manually clear Zoom's cache on your PC, do the following:

1. close the Zoom app.
   Open the file explorer on your PC. 3.
   In the address bar, type "%appdata%\\Zoom" and press the Enter key. 4.
   Delete the entire contents of the folder "Zoom".
2. open File Explorer again and type "%temp%" in the address bar and press Enter.
3. delete all files and folders that start with "zoom-".
   Empty your Recycle Bin to make sure that all files have been permanently deleted.
