Your device does not support virtual background?

Good day! As I understand, it seems your video with a green screen is not working as it is. I listed some things below that might help.

- You may check Zoom's virtual background system requirements here to make sure that everything on your end is up to support the feature.

- The error you're getting may have something to do with your lighting or the wrinkles found on your green screen. Try to address those and test it again.

- Check if virtual background is indeed enabled on your account.

1. Sign in to zoom.us
2. Go to Settings found on the left side
3. Under Meeting (Advanced) make sure Virtual Background is enabled
4. Sign out from the Zoom desktop app then sign right back in
5. Test if virtual background is now working

ok so this means that u cpu does not support zoom virtual background it also happens to me tell me u cpu name plz
