Dante not auto-selecting a clock leader?

I am running Dante on 2 pc's and as the title suggests, Dante isn't picking a clock leader. Right now it says Clock Leader Unknown. The sync columns are red squares, the devices are muted. I can't click on Preferred Leader as that option is grayed out. They're both Windows 11 machines connected to a Netgear Nighthawk router with gigabit speeds. The gigabit throughput is enabled on both sides of the connection and is working properly. Enable Sync to External says N/A. I just installed it recently and it has always been like this.

I have experienced a similar issue when using DVS. I cannot select any DVS devices as clock leaders. My workaround is using a Dante enabled device and using this as the clock leader. The DVS then follows the clock leader and that has been working fine.
