Network goes down when using Dante and Neutrik NA2 IO DLine?

Hello!

At home we use a network for al our computers, printers, mediaboxes and other stuff like that. The network begins with an modem/router provided by our ISP called Ziggo. From this point there is an 10meter cat6 cable that goes into a wifi booster, also provided by the ISP. The wifi booster is an access point with wireless and 4 LAN connectors. One of these connectors is coupled thru an Netgear GS108PE3 switch with POE. I have connected an Neutrik NA2-IO-Dline Dante Interface to this switch because it needs the POE to work.

At the same switch i have connected my computer which runs Dante Virtual Soundcard and Dante controller. In this configuration everything works fine for a short time. Sometimes after minutes, sometimes after an hour or more and sometimes after a day the wifi booster freezes. All the internet connection, also the wifi will drop.

When i disconnect the Neutrik the internet connection come automatically back. Somethimes i need to manually restart the wifi booster. Can anybody help me out with this problem? Thank you!

Sounds like you're network is reaching it's limit and therefore deactiviating devices and having issues with wifi. Have you tried upgrading your're router to a device with more performance?
