BarcoI am getting reports from users that ClickShare buttons disconnect after a while. The screen fades to grey and the button wont re-connect. We are using Windows 10 and are on latest firmware.

unfortunately the actual firmware has a bug, which causes this error. Other known errors are:
The only solution is to disconnect the base unit from the power, and reconnect. Then the unit works for a while proper, until the error appears again, and you have to repeat this procedure.
Barco already announced a bug-fix, which will be released within this month.
