Why do my Clickshare buttons disconect?

I am getting reports from users that ClickShare buttons disconnect after a while. The screen fades to grey and the button wont re-connect. We are using Windows 10 and are on latest firmware.

Dear,

unfortunately the actual firmware has a bug, which causes this error. Other known errors are:

Several instabilities on BYOD services like Airplay and Miracast. Refer to https://www.barco.com/en/support/knowledge-base/kb11106
Occasionally a black screen can occur while presenting. Refer to https://www.barco.com/en/support/knowledge-base/KB9859

The only solution is to disconnect the base unit from the power, and reconnect. Then the unit works for a while proper, until the error appears again, and you have to repeat this procedure.

Barco already announced a bug-fix, which will be released within this month.
