Xiaomi phone can't discover BT headphones?

Hi guys,

I have a brand new Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro 64 GB.

I also have almost-new headphones JVC HA-S35BT-A, which work perfectly on other devices.

The phone can't find them while scanning, but finds other devices (for example controller Ipega PG-9128).

Any ideas?

Try this:

go to Settings.
now go to Connections & Share.
next go to Reset WIFI/Mobile data and Bluetooth
click on Reset at the very bottom
after that go to Apps > Apps Managment.
here select Bluetooth and click Clean all data.
restart the device

This should solve your problem.
