Keba P30x updates do not work. Does anyone know what to do?

Hi has anyone had problems updating the Keba P30x via USB or web ?

It is currently stuck at 1.13.
Updates to 1.14.1 did not work and other software can be installed but will not be updated.

A factory reset has already been carried out and the SUpport answers rather with things that you can read on the Inet so
the update procedure etc. But what should I do if it doesn't work and I'm now stuck on one software?
