Camera Logitech Group does not move?

I didn't find any solution, to be able to use the camera, I had to move the camera manually. But without using Zoom.

Three of our units have stopped moving, and also lost the ability to focus. This happened during the course of one week. The units are all less than 3 months old.

Can Logitech please suggest a remedy?

This happened to 4 of our cameras in the last few weeks.

I contacted Logitech and they advised that it is a known issue and is a firmware issue.

They advised upgrading the firmware to 9.3.51

The initial update failed but worked when we tried it a second time.

Our cameras are back moving now.

I've the same problem. Thats right, Firmware update is the solution. It was failed for the first time, but after try again (update process) for the second time then it was worked.

I had the same problem, you need to update the firmware as other users above suggested . it worked when i updated the firmware. plug the Logitech group (all components) and run the firmware update (link below) .. it takes an hour or so to update it. https://download01.logi.com/web/ftp/pub/techsupport/cameras/Conference%20cam/FWUpdateGroup_9.4.52.exe
