How can we use the Rally camera with the Lenovo Core?
Hello,
We have connected a Rally camera to the Lenovo Core, but the camera is not responding. Everything works on another PC. How can we fix the problem?

When using the power adapter on the camera, use a different USB 2.0 cable instead of the USB 3.0 cable supplied.
When using the Strong USB cable, use a USB 3.0 to USB 2.0 adapter
