LogitechOur office is using over 20 rally Logitech system for our manager room . However we always have issue during the teams call . The camera suddenly off / video picture in teams freeze / microphone malfunction.
Normally user unplug and replug the USB cable then resume normal or sometime may need to restart the teams call . How can we do ?
Judging from the description, it may be a cable problem. Use the appropriate shielded cables supplied with the system. Otherwise, other interference may affect the system. Check if the Windows version, the MTR version is compatible with the systems. Make sure all drivers are installed and up to date.
