we just installed a new Rally Camera and we were quite disappointed by the poor video quality of the camera, not according with price and specifications.
we suppose it needs a fine tuning or configuration, depending on the lightining of the room, etc...
how can we access the advanced configuration to activate/deactivate automatic features, etc..??

In principle, the room should be relatively well lit. If the lamps in the picture flicker, you should definitely change the frequency in the camera settings app, there you can also make fine adjustments (contrast, brightness etc.).
The "RightSight" function can be switched on/off in the Logitech Sync App. In Sync you can also update the camera.
You can also check with the Windows Camera App how the picture looks like. Especially during peak hours, server overload can result in a poorer video quality with almost all video conferencing software.
