Why does a camera change to a parking positon after a test?

Our video conference solution is the On-nara made by Korean government. To start a video conference we have to go through a speaker test, mic test and camera test. The problem is that a Rally camera change to a parking positon after a last step-camera test. So when a conference start, On-nara cannot recognize our Rally camera. Our only solution is to reconnect the camera port. How can I handle this problem without reconnecting?

The camera automatically moves to the "park position" when it is not being actively used. So no image is retrieved. For your problem, I would first recommend an update (via Logitech Sync software). Otherwise, you can try as soon as you are in the call to press the home button on the remote control to manually "wake up" the camera.
