To my knowledge, the manufacturer's data sheet only states support for auto framing. However, real speaker tracking is in vogue and manufacturers also offer affordable solutions. Real speaker tracking cameras can perform speaker tracking from the device's internal firmware, without the addition of software or a PC.

The Rally camera is not a voice tracking camera. The camera operates an auto-framing.
