Camera Hub hangs ?

Hello.

If the system is not used for 2 days, the camera behaves strangely.

It no longer drives to the starting point, but to the very top and left to the mechanical stop. Also the stored camera positions do not fit then any more.

The only remedy is to briefly turn off the power of the Bildschim Hub.

Does anyone have a solution, except firmware update ?

The behavior of the camera can be explained by a bug in the firmware. To update the firmware you need a laptop / computer with Logitech Sync.
a defect in the hardware can also cause the error, for this contact Logitech support for a repair or replacement of the device.
If turning off the hub as a remedy, the possibility would be to install a time switch clock between the power supply and the power strip and reboot the device once at night.
