Can the default volume be changed?

Is it possible to change the default volume of the Rally Plus system?

Apart from the camera, there is no user interface for the system.
The volume can only be adjusted via the options of your PC/MAC or remote control (which only changes the system volume of your device). It may be possible to set a standard volume for certain devices in your operating system.
