when we start a session, the laptops that control the session (ie have HDMI and USB connection to the Rally Plus) remain repeatedly inoperable.
The computer is extremely slow and also freezes from time to time. Does anyone know the problem?

.Probably the performance of the laptops is too low.
I don't think that has anything to do with the peripherals (Rally Plus), rather with the requirements of the video conferencing application (CPU, GPU). You could switch from 4K to HD if necessary, that saves quite a bit of resources.
