LogitechSometimes the mute button on the remote control won’ t work. While the mute button stops working during a Zoom Room session, the rest of the buttons seem to keep working just fine. Very weird. Suddenly, it starts working normally again.
Have you tried changing the battery of the remote? Maybe this will make a more stable connection.
