I have noticed that the table hub reacts very lightly to touch. That is, if you touch the HDMI cable, the image transmission stops for a few seconds. The plug sits firmly in it.
Is this normal or is there a defect here?
I recommend you plug the TV directly into the Logitech PC(NUC) not the table hub. I'm assuming your Table hub is connected to Display Hub via Cat6 before connecting to NUC via USB. As such the video signal need to traverse USB & Cat6 not just HDMI over several boxes. HTH
