The system is a peripheral system (USB infrastructure). It has independent VoiP functionality.
However, you can connect the Rally Plus to a PC with VoiP or Skype etc. connection or alternatively you can connect it to a smartphone via Bluetooth and then make calls via Rally System (large hands-free kit).
