Logitech rally plus camera?

Hi, recently I had setup a Logitech rally plus for my customer. After few weeks, my customer complaint that the camera keep hang and showing black image on the laptop. They have to keep reboot the whole system whenever the camera get hang?

THE SETUP

Table hub is above plaster ceiling, microphone invert mount on the plaster (customer requested to do it this way). Then from table hub laid cat6a cable to low caninet below tv. Display hub is at the low cabinet. From low cabinet laid a active USB cable 10meter (male to female) and hdmi 10meter to the meeting table.

For the display hub, I used back the original USB (male) to USB type B 3.0 (male) and joint to the 10meter active USB cable that I laid.

Hello, have you tested the setup without the USB extension? Maybe there is a problem here causing the connection between the Rally System and Laptop to fail.
