Why does USB 2.0 connection fails between table and display hub?

Hi

We have just got a major issue on all our Rally Plus systems. When connecting USB-A to laptop on the table hub, there is a random (10%-20%) chans that the USB 2.0 doesn't initiate towards the display hub. After around 15-20s Rally seems to see the issue and restarts the connection and then it works.

Have seen it on 4 different system. All latest firmware.

Anyone else seeing this?

Cheers
Olof

Have you followed page 31 or 33 for wiring https://www.logitech.com/assets/66163/vc-product-wiring-diagrams.pdf

Host connections to Display/Table Hubs are by USB B

Hi!

Yes, this has happened in systems that has been up and running for several years. The end-user perception is that the camera / sound is delayed 15-20s to allow for the system to reset. When the connection is reset, depending if you send the video via HDMI 1 or HDMI 2 the video goes up / down (which of course the user noticed more clearly).
