Our organization uses a Rally Plus with two TVs, an Intel NUC, desk hub and display hub and the Rally Tap.
We also use the Mic Hub with two microphones connected. The sync software on the Tap can't find the table hub and consequently the mics don't work. We have replaced a table hub and replaced the 6A cable between the table hub and the display hub.
Do you have any advice or help with this problem?

Try to connect the two hubs with the original cable. You will probably have to disassemble one of them to do this
