LogitechWhen we first connected the Rally Plus, the screens seemed to flicker, go blank then come back on.
This randomly occurred when it was running.
We carried out a firmware update which was successful, however now only one screen works (HDMI 1). The camera & mics are not detecting, neither is HDMI 2.
Has anyone come across this issue? Is there a way to hard reset the unit?
Never got the HDMI 2 to work.
If a second display is to be used, connect both displays to the Intel Nuc - 1x HDMI and once USB-C to HDMI.
Then dual-screen operation also works.
