Rally plus conference system stopped displaying from Display Hub?

So far we have two of these setups onsite and have recently lost the ability to display content to the TVs.
Nothing on our end has changed, wondering if anyone else experienced this lately? and if they knew a fix?

Check all cable connections from the devices.
There is a button on the display hub. Press and hold this down to reset the device.
Connect the Rally Plus to a laptop or PC and check whether the same error occurs there.
Deactivate any energy saving options on the PC that may affect the display.
If the system is displayed as a single unit again, perform an update with Sync.
