we jst got rally plus and everything is working fine, the only issue I have is with remote cotrol buttons specificly the end call and answer call buttons. other buttons as mute, zoom in.... are all working. any idea why this doenst work?

these buttons only work with some conference applications and often only the one to hang up.
I think the two buttons are more for the hands-free function when you connect to the system via Bluetooth.
