Third party microphones and DSP?

We have a client who has several rooms in a row (4) and they use them as individual rooms or combines them in any combination.

They have a Logitech Rally Plus in each room.

In order to support this we have removed the Logitech microphones and added a quantity of Shure Microflex wireless microphones and a Symetrix DSP. We have also included partition switches so the DSP knows which mode to set the rooms to.

Audio to and from the Logitech systems is via DANTE on USB/DANTE converters.

During testing all was good, the system worked really well however we have noticed that the tracking feature of the Logitech Systems doesnt seem to work with third party microphones connected.

My question, are there any settings that will enable the camera tracking to still work when using a third party audio set up?

I assume you go with the DSP and with the Logitech Rally in parallel on the PC and of the Rally Plus you use then only the camera?

The tracking function of the Rally Plus camera is a "group framing" function and therefore a purely optical recognition and detection of the participants regardless of their speaker. The Rally microphones have no influence on the camera control (this does not apply to the Rally Bar).
