Why do I loose connection to the TV Screen?
When we use the remote for the Rally Plus it immediately disconnects the rally plus from the screen. Live stream participants can still see and here us though.,

Hello, the error may be due to the connection between display and table hub. Perhaps a connector is not properly connected. Alternatively, the error can perhaps be ironed out with the latest update.
I don't know if this is the same thing you're experiencing, but every time I used my rally remote, my tv would change inputs to HDMI 1. I didn't have anything plugged into HDMI 1, so it looked like the screen just went black. I switched my rally cord to HDMI 1 and now I can use my remote without losing video.
Had the same issue with a Samsung 80" TV, and after calling Logitech Tech Support, they asked me to disable on the Display-Sound HDMI input on the TV, the Consumer Electronics Control (CEC/AnyNet+). For how to do so with your Samsung TV use the Link below. https://www.alphr.com/what-is-anynet/ RJ
