Why do Logitech rally plus kit lose connection camera/sound ?

At same customer with 2 Rally plus kits connected to stationary computer ( not mtr kit) with usb3, no extension
Camera and sound randomely loses connection 2-3 times in one hour, when in at Teams meeting
Only camera and speakers runs trough the table/displayhub cat cable between units is 7m in one room and 10m in the other room
Hdmi from computer runs on separate extenderkit.
Any idea ???

Check if the systems are up to date with Logitech Sync
Install all drivers on the stationary computer
Install the latest version of MTR
Check all cables for damage or loose contacts
Watch for failure if it occurs under certain conditions.
