If you are unable to start the factory reset of the Surface Hub process from the Settings menu, you can perform the process if you keep the BitLocker recovery key.

Follow the next few steps to initiate the recovery process:

Locate the power switch next to the power cord connection on the bottom. When the Surface Hub displays the Welcome screen, press the power switch to turn off the device

Turn the Surface Hub back on, and when the spinning dots show up under the Surface Hub logo, turn off the device again using the power switch (repeat this step two more times, or until you get the "Preparing Automatic Repair" message displayed

When the Surface Hub displays the Windows RE screen, Reset and then Local reinstall

On the next screen, Fully clean the drive:

At last, you will be asked to confirm if you want to reset the device - Are you ready to reset this device? - select the Reset option.
