This document from Microsoft will help you with that. It doesn't take too long either (as long as you have a pretty good internet connection). You will need a USB stick to perform some of the prerequisite things but that is all. And i would recommend performing the reset of Windows 10 by selecting the "Download from Cloud" option. That way you will get the correct feature update of Windows 10 Teams.
