What are coordinated Meetings?

Coordinated meetings can be set up for Microsoft Teams rooms on Windows devices or Surface Hubs in a meeting room. This includes other devices in the room automatically joining the same meeting if you are present on a device. The cameras, speakers, and microphones can be configured to provide the best experience for participants, while other devices remain disabled to avoid echo and feedback noise.
To set up coordinated meetings, make sure your team rooms on Windows devices and Surface Hubs are already properly configured for meeting participation and each device has its own Exchange room mailbox. After successfully confirming that the Teams Rooms on the devices automatically accept and join meetings, you can set up coordinated meetings.
