How do I get my analog whiteboard into MTR?

In our business meetings, we often use a traditional whiteboard for brainstorming and strategic planning. How can we effectively incorporate this analog whiteboard into our Microsoft Teams Rooms sessions to ensure that all participants can see the changes made on the board in real time?

Option 1

You can use a touchscreen capable display, connect it to the Teams Rooms device and share the whiteboard app.
This creates a digital whiteboard that can also be shared within a Teams meeting.
The notes in the whiteboard can be shared with other participants after the meeting.

Option 2

Use a content camera and film their whiteboard.
An existing whiteboard can be used and a camera is mounted above it.
Only certified devices are permitted for this.
