There are several ways to share content through Teams Rooms:
- using the HDMI input (e.g. Logitech TAP). The HDMI cable can be plugged in for this purpose. If the control console does not recognize this automatically, the content must be enabled on it.
- using the Teams app on the notebook. To do this, you would need to be in the same Teams session. Here you can select whether the desktop (entire screen) or only a single app should be shared.
