How to create Microsoft Teams Rooms resource account?

There are some easy steps to create a Microsoft Teams Rooms resource account:

• As the first step, you need to log in to the Microsoft 365 admin center
• Into the Resource part in the left panel, Rooms & equipment
• Select the Add a resource mailbox in order to create a new room account, after which you will be asked to enter the display name, and email address and Add at the end. (If you want to change some of the default resource account settings, go to Set scheduling s after adding the account)
• After the account creation, go to Users -> Active users and created room to open the properties panel
• Assign a password to the newly created account in the Reset password section
• Uncheck the saying Require this user to change their password when they first sign in - in order to not cause any problems on a shared device
• Finally, in the Licenses and Apps section, set the location to the region where the device will be installed and the type of license you want to assign to it
