How to join a scheduled meeting?
New to Microsoft Teams Rooms so I wanted to make sure I follow the correct path?

Go to the room where the MTR device is installed. 2.
Make sure that the MTR device is turned on and connected to the Internet. 3.
A welcome screen should appear on the MTR device. Click Log In.
- Sign in with your Microsoft Teams account by entering your email address and password.
- If you have successfully logged in, your upcoming meetings will be displayed on the screen.
- Select the scheduled meeting you want to attend and click Attend.
- When prompted, enter your audio and video settings. You can also adjust the volume or mute the microphone and camera.
Click Participate to join the meeting.
