How to record a meeting?

To record a meeting on Microsoft Teams Rooms, you can follow these steps:

• Join the meeting using the Microsoft Teams Rooms device.

• Once you are in the meeting, tap on the screen to bring up the meeting controls.

• Tap on the "More options" icon (three dots) on the meeting controls.

• From the options that appear, select "Start recording."

• Once the recording has started, you will see a red dot on the screen indicating that the meeting is being recorded.

• To stop the recording, tap on the "More options" icon again and select "Stop recording."

• Once the recording is stopped, the meeting recording will be saved to the cloud and will be available to view in the "Recordings" tab of the Teams app.

Note that the ability to record a meeting may require the appropriate permissions and settings in your organization's Teams environment.
